Company information
We are Pioneer Ridge Vacations, owned by Andy and Travis, best friends since 1990. We grew up together attending the same schools and college in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area. The Pioneer Ridge name comes from our grade schools, with the mascot being the Pioneer and the schools located in East Ridge, Tennessee. We are huge fans of the Tennessee Volunteers (Go Vols)! When we get together, you can often find us playing Spades and Phase 10 with our other friends.

Our spacious home is pet friendly with a fenced-in yard. This house has 5 bedrooms that sleep 10 guests with bathrooms on all 3 levels and a large deck, perfect for early morning coffee soaking in beautiful sunrises or evening cocktails enjoying amazing sunsets over the gulf. Sink your toes into the stunning white sands of the emerald Forgotten Coast of Cape San Blas, only a 7-minute walk and a 4-minute walk to the bay! We would love to host you for an unforgettable beach vacation!
