Property information

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly house located in a quiet neighborhood. This house is brand-new, bright and sunny, and has an open floor-plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It's primarily designed for long-term stays: the beds and linens are comfy and the kitchen is well-stocked and ready for lots of home-cooked meals. The decor is fun and funky, with lots to look at. The 2-car garage is all yours, as is the spacious, fully-fenced backyard.

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, about 15 blocks from downtown Sanford. Sanford is very drivable and walkable. Very conveniently located to stores and restaurants. And only 10 minutes to the Sanford Airport. Plenty of parking at the house for multiple cars. You'll have full use of the 2 car garage. Sanford is very drivable and walkable.
