Newly renovated and thoughtfully designed with stylish, professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this designer-selected decor in this condominium offering a unique coastal retreat. Overlooking lush tropical gardens with partial views of the Gulf of Mexico, this spacious two-bedroom, two-bath units span over 1,000 square feet and provide a comfortable, elevated experience for up to five guests. The condo features a large open concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an expansive screened balcony that serves as an outdoor living room, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and calming sea breezes. The unit includes a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a master bathroom with a walk-in shower, a guest bathroom with a tub, thick spa-quality towels, triple-sheeted bedding.  The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, cooktop, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, mugs, and silverware. The living room is equipped with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa, swivel chairs, a coffee table, and a 65” ultra-high-definition smart TV with HD cable channels.
