Southern California beach living at its finest! This large 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs unit is within walking distance to the beautiful beaches of San Clemente. The perfect beach cottage vibe will make guests feel the true essence of ocean side living. As you walk into the living space, you will be blown away by the open concept and the fun beach décor. Vaulted ceilings and wooden beams add to the spaciousness and contribute to the beach feel. There are multiple seating areas with comfortable furnishings to relax and kick your feet up after a long day at the beach. Throw on a movie in the evening on the flat screen TV in the living room. The charming kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you may need to prepare meals for family and friends. The peek-a-boo view of the ocean while you are cooking is an added bonus! Downstairs is a shared patio area with seating for 4. There is also a washer and dryer onsite for all units to share. The colorful and spacious bedroom with queen bed gives guest plenty of space to relax and rest up for another fun filled beach day.
