Comfortable and peaceful property located in the beautiful area of Yosemite Forks. Centralized location allows you to take advantage of all the area has to offer. 20 minutes one way to Yosemite's South Entrance, and 10 minutes the other way to Bass Lake! This is ONE of TWO properties on 50+ private acres! If you are bringing additional family or friends, you can rent out the other home and have the entire 50+ acres to yourself! Walking trails and beautiful scenery abound, you may not even have to leave the property! If interested in booking both properties, the other property is called "Emerald Escape". A few amenities of this great property include: Game room in the garage with air hockey, ping pong, foosball, and basketball! Hot tub! Newly constructed playground/swingset for entertaining the young ones Firepit in the back yard*** Wifi Two smart tvs (feel free to login to your own Netflix/Hulu) BBQ Grill Bedding Configuration is as follows: Master Bedroom- 1 King Bed Bedroom #2- A triple stack bed- On top, 1 twin, in the middle is 1 queen, bottom pullout is 1 twin Bedroom #3- 1 Queen Bed In addition, there are two single rollaway beds (bedding provided). ***Firepit NOT available during fire season, which typically goes from May through October, but is subject to change based on county requirements. Early check-in and late checkouts are usually unavailable. This includes luggage and grocery drop-offs. Please kindly plan your grocery shopping/traveling around the 4 PM check-in time (you can check in after that as late as you would like). If you need to check in early or check out late, we strongly recommend booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need. Most homes up here have a 10AM checkout. We do 11AM to give you extra time. Our housekeepers and cleaning inspectors work all over the mountains, and timing is usually tight.
