If you are arriving after 17:00, please proceed to the building with two golf carts parked out front. There is an afterhours courtesy phone in front of the golf carts (attached to a pole and it has a picture of a phone on the box). Please pick the phone up and give it a couple of minutes to connect. Give them your full name; they will give you the lock box code, which has your key and directions to your unit. Please fill out your license number on the form and place it back into the box. Please come to the front desk in the morning with your ID and credit card to finish checking in.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of US$250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
