The Living Room features an impressive two-story sandstone fireplace that was fashioned around the original blacksmith's furnace and the Kitchen is fully stocked with every professional appliance. Detached from the carriage house are the Pool Cottage and Garden Studio Cottage, each equipped with a King bed, pull-out sofa, full bathrooms, and kitchen amenities. When you’re in Southern California, the real show is outside. Sea Ranch is 4 acres of lush gardens, with mature landscaping and two auto gates that keep you totally private from the outside world. The property features a large pool with a lap lane and Baja shelf, a built-in 10 person spa, 2 barrel Sauna's (dry sauna & steam sauna), fire pits, a deluxe alfresco kitchen, and a 50" flat screen TV mounted outside. Swings, play structures, yard games, an in-ground trampoline, bocce ball, badminton, darts, and ping-pong provide endless ways to play.
