The Sea Ranch is a world-renowned coastal community along a ten-mile stretch of California's most pristine breathtakingly beautiful coastline approximately 100 miles north of San Francisco off Highway One. The area is known for its natural beauty, exquisite coastline, abundant wildlife, sea life, native plants and wildflowers and redwood groves. The Sea Ranch is celebrated worldwide for its architecture, following the motto 'building light on the land.'
Welcome to my home along the northern coast of California. Sea Ranch is a very special place and I hope you enjoy all that it has to offer. Bring your hiking boots and a warm jacket and be prepared to see some of the most amazing coast line in the world.
There is a trail behind my home that leads down to the Ohlson Rec Center and the beach. The Sea Ranch Lodge is wonderful to have lunch and a stroll along the bluffs. The town of Gualala is charming and has many fun stops. My favorite is the Farmers Market on Sunday morning. St. Orres is my favorite Resturant and is a few miles north of Gualala. Make sure you stop at Art in the Redwoods Center. It is fun to see all the local artists works from paintings, sculpture and beautiful hand painted scarves.
