Originally from the UK, we fell in love with Anna Maria Island in 2001. After visiting several times a year with our two children, we made Florida our permanent home in 2011. In 2017, we started SeaBreeze Vacation to allow other owners to benefit from our modern approach to managing vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island. Looking for a prime location to vacation? Seagrass Flats Unit 1 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that is located less than 75 steps to the Gulf and has a shared heated pool. This unit has been completely renovated both inside and out. Bathrooms and kitchen feature quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring throughout. Full-size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, new fans/lighting and the interior is perfectly decorated, with new, very comfortable furniture and bedding, walk-in shower, flat-screen smart TV’s. The location of Seagrass Flats is ideal; you have the Gulf across the street with its aqua-blue water and soft sands for a swim, sunbathing, or a nice walk; a playground park and bay fishing at the end of the street. An easily accessible free-island trolley to travel the 7-mile Island makes this your ideal vacation destination. This condo offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make a full-course meal or quick snack while the living room has plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen, smart TV. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom while bedroom two features a king-size bed and flat screen TV. Outside you will find the shared heated pool and patio area complete with tikis and gas grill for use during your stay.
