Seaside Upscale is a newly renovated townhome located just two blocks from the Promenade - the ideal home for your family’s next great getaway to the Northern Oregon Coast! This inviting home has an open concept lower level that features new flooring, comfortable leather furniture, and a roomy kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite tile countertops. This part of the home also offers access to the enclosed backyard that features a patio, a BBQ, and a firepit to gather around after a day of exploring the beach and town. Additional amenities include free WiFi, perfect for sharing memories with loved ones back home. The home is located just two blocks from the beach where you can spend an enjoyable and relaxing day searching for shells, building sandcastles or just taking a stroll at sunset. Broadway Avenue is a short half-mile walk north and is where you will find a great selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment options. While downtown, be sure to set aside time to rent a surrey or sand bike - both are great for pedaling around town or exploring Seasides miles of sandy shoreline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
