Marvel at spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean from the two balconies of this oceanfront townhouse on the shores of Fenwick Island. Enjoy a boardwalk right out back that leads across the dunes onto the sand, as well as fantastic access to Fenwick Island State Park a short stroll to the south. This multi-level townhome is a beach-goer's delight, offering an outdoor shed with beach gear, close proximity to both guarded (at the state park) and unguarded (directly out back) beaches, and an outdoor shower to rinse off any lingering sand at the end of the day. You can sip your morning coffee on the upstairs balcony off the primary bedroom and dine in the fresh ocean air outside on the main balcony in the evenings. Ascend a flight of stairs to reach the main living space on the second floor, where you'll be greeted by an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, a circular dining table, and an oceanfront living room with a sectional sofa and a large flatscreen TV. Central AC, high-speed WiFi, and a washer/dryer are all on hand as well. The two bedrooms - including an oceanfront primary suite with its own TV and bathroom - are on the third floor and an additional sleeping loft is on the fourth level. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not for guest use. There is an outdoor shower for your use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
