Located on the first floor and overlooking the emerald Gulf, this SeaSpray condo provides an unbelievable beachfront experience! A community boardwalk leads you to the warm sand and rolling waves in mere steps. Return to dip in any of the three on-site pools or unwind in the hot tub. Other excellent perks include tennis courts, two pickleball courts, a fitness center, a barbecue area, and a marina with 19 slips available for guest use. Just across the street from your building, you’ll find SurfStyle and a convenient market. Venture five minutes to Orange Beach for a selection of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hone your skills at Lost Key Golf Club (3.5 miles). Find an abundance of natural beauty at Gulf Shores State Park (7 miles). Enjoy alfresco meals with a Gulf view on your private patio, furnished with a comfy loveseat and dining table. This ground-floor unit has been newly updated to include high-end furnishings, a soothing color palette, granite countertops, and TVs in each room. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living area with Florida sunshine. Relax on the sofa bed and watch your favorite shows on the 55-inch TV. Make favorite meals in the kitchen, newly appointed with granite countertops and luxe stainless steel appliances. As dinner simmers, sip drinks at the kitchen bar. When you’re ready to eat, you’ll find seating for everyone around the dining table. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Things to Know SeaSpray is currently undergoing construction. Construction will be ongoing through mid-April 2024. There is the potential for construction noise in the condo during the week. The condo balcony furniture has been removed for the time being as they are working on them and the pools are closed. The hot tub in the east building is open. Direct beach access is still available.
