Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families. We know what we like in a home and what we would need when we're traveling away from home. We’re excited to pass on memory making opportunities with you in the homes that we are able to share! Property information

This property is a nice alley home featured on HGTV back when it was brand new located in the warmth of Meridian minutes from a popular go to place, The Village! This home has a king bed in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom, and the other guest bedroom with a oversize queen over queen bunk bed allowing plenty of room for kids and adults to stay comfortably. We also have a queen inflatable air mattress in the master closet just in case you have a larger group come and stay. This home was built in 2012, with custom cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, beautiful dining table, with onsite Laundry available for use. This home has a built in lockable doggie door with a deadbolt, and free wifi to enjoy. We have included 2 flat screen tvs, one in the master and one in the living room.

The home is off of the most popular road in Idaho, Eagle Road. This home is in the heart of it all, great food, shopping, and entertainment. You can find it all within minutes from the home.
