Our home is sunny, roomy, immaculate and fresh; teeming with mid-century modern touches. Close to Phil's Trail, downtown, and the Cascade Lakes Highway, our location in the coveted Valhalla neighborhood is the best on the westside. Our fully remodeled home features: -2 master suites (king, queen) -Hot tub -3 outdoor patios -Big fenced yard for happy pups -Hardwood floors -Stocked gourmet kitchen -Large open floor plan -Traeger grill -A/C in king room -Modern touches and lots of natural light
I recently sold my company and am practicing "first retirement" until I find my next entrepreneurial adventure. Our home is in Valhalla, a well established neighborhood with large lots, mature pine trees and friendly neighbors that take the time to get to know each other well. We are at the end of the cul-de-sac, so it is very quiet with the only traffic coming and going is that of our neighbors. Expect a serene setting filled with smiling faces, kids, dogs and wildlife. 7 minutes to downtown Bend 10 minutes to Old Mill 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor 15 minute ride to Phil's Trail 5 minute ride to Shevlin Park 15 minute walk to Northwest Crossing
