Located on a canal front, this inviting 2,500 square-feet of lavish, open space living has a private dock with a dream anchor for fishing, The deck of the lift is 11x16 and 12,000lbs.. Our modernized waterfront home is ready to welcome you in the famous River Point Boat community, conveniently merely a short drive from the beautiful white-sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island.
We are located in a very quiet HOA neighborhood along the waterfront! Beautiful homes with green lush landscaping. Vehicles are recommended for transportation
