My name is Rene Beshear and I have lived in Colorado most all of my life. I enjoy the Colorado outdoors and all its seasons. I am a realtor serving both Colorado & Arizona markets. I have put much thought into the details of our 4 properties with you in mind. I hope that your stay is comfortable and beyond your expectations. There is a keypad located at the front door. Guests are given a unique keycode that works from check-in through checkout. We are available to answer any questions or help with any needs.

Property information

Enjoy Colorado and retreat from the ordinary. This mountain retreat is close to everything that makes Colorado so alluring. Just minutes from Palmer Lake, this property is perfect for those looking to fish or paddle board. The ranch-style home features two kitchens, four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a wraparound deck, hot tub and a shaded ground floor patio. With enough space for 12 guests, the whole family can enjoy space in this peaceful hidden retreat within the pines.

Neighbourhood information

This is a super quiet neighborhood with five other neighbors. Each property has between five and 10 acres. No neighbors are within view from the house. All neighbors including ourselves have lived here for many, many years. Aside from hiking the property around the paths that we have made, you will need a car to get around to most places.
