Home sits on large piece of land past the charming downtown Lutz area just past th library. There will be a designated and safe parking space for your car steps from front entrance to the suite lined by pebble walk way. There is one small step to enter the room from outside and no steps inside. The suite is TOTALLY private there are no shared spaces inside the home . Please stay within the confines of the fencing and landscaping which will be easy to follow. We have dogs so you may see them outside at some point but they are no bother just may try to lick you to death:-)
I am obsessed with nature and gardening and this is evident at the property. The suite has many therapeutic touches that engage the senses and contribute to making it a peaceful environment. Lastly my husband and I have our own You Tube channel wherr we share our adventures in Florida and beyond living the “salt life”. Also Historic Lutz is a railroad town which is infrequent (3-4 times per week on average) but may pass through during your stay. We are located in a very safe neighborhood with outdoor parks, a public library, a rather large dog park and other local businesses including butcher shop and feed store. If you are visiting from Wed - Sunday a quaint local “must see”called the Whistle Stop Gardens and Tea room is in walking distance. Reservations for the tea room are suggested. There are other vendors and local arts and crafts available to check out in their vintage boutique as well.
