For abundant year-round outdoor activities, it doesn't get much better than this area. Zip around on water skis or cast a fishing line off a boat during the summer (a boat launch into the lake sits around the corner from the house), and the winter brings some of the region's best skiing and snowboarding at Echo Valley Ski Area (nine miles northeast). You'll also find four wineries - Hard Row to Hoe Vineyards, Tildio Winery, Four Lakes Winery, Tipsy Canyon, Lagrioth Winery, and Amos Rome - within one mile of this home, and several tasting rooms in downtown Manson. A modern lake house with contemporary design elements, no detail has been overlooked to ensure the most comfortable stay possible. After a full day on the lake, come home to enjoy a DVD movie or DirectTV on one of the two flatscreen TVs. Settle into the comfy cloth couches or armchairs in the living room, and if it's chilly outside, flip on the fireplace and let a cozy fire quickly warm the room. On days when its best to head outdoors, enjoy jaw-dropping lakeside views from the large deck (one of two at this home), which sits through sliding glass doors attached to the living area. Sip a favorite cocktail or dine al fresco while taking in the incredible mountain-meets-lake scenery. When it's time to eat you'll find everything needed to whip up gourmet meals in the full kitchen. Use its stainless steel appliances, ample granite countertops, and varied cookware for quick and easy meal prep. Eat together at the six-seat dining table or enjoy the views from tables and padded chairs outside on either of the upper or lower decks.
