The spacious patio with pool, private dock & cabana overlooking the tranquil waters is the epitome of stylish outdoor living. Located directly on the waterway, this 3 bed 2.5 bath intoxicates with upscale coastal modern décor, intercoastal & pool views from all living areas & a state-of-the-art kitchen. Just steps to the beach & minutes to parks, dining and activities, this dreamy home is second to none!

Neighbourhood information

The island is a nature’s haven with 3 nationally recognized parks, world-class snorkeling, and fishing. Just a short walk (.3 miles) from the home is Ocean Reef Park which offers free parking and public beach access. The stunning turquoise waters of Phil Foster Beach (named one of the best dive sites on the planet by Sport Diver Magazine) and snorkeling await 1.5 miles away. Nature’s your jam? Just 5 minutes down the island’s main road, rent SUP boards or kayaks and explore John MacArthur preserve and state park! Nature lovers and bird watchers will love this park’s ecological wonders. Peanut Island is a local favorite that offers boating, fishing, snorkeling, paddle boarding and swimming in crystal clear lagoon-like waters. Scuba diving lessons, kayaking, jet-skiing, boat rentals, catamaran rides, and eco-tours are also located just minutes away.
