Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place in the south side of South Bend, about 5-15 minutes to downtown SB, Notre Dame Uni, IUSB, Ivy Tech and in close proximity to lots of restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and on bus routes. **- Min of 2/1 must be rented at any time
Host doesn't leave on site but once in a while meets and greets quests. Self check-in provided
Home is on a city transit line and can sometime be busy and quiet intermittently
