***This property has over 100 reviews on another reservation platform--average of 4.98 stars*** “Howdy Partner!” This Historic homestead is ideal for families & couples who appreciate Western Histor, want lots of space and privacy, modern upgrades, enjoy family games (inside & outside), want a convenient location to downtown, A/C, and a very clean home (**NO PET HAIR**)! This used to be a Sheep Herder ranch, so it is a step into the past. It has original decor from the ranch displayed on the walls! See the Grand Canyon, walk to Historic Downtown Williams & Train Station, run around the ranch, sink into the comfy beds, enjoy picnics under the Gazebo, and enjoy all the fun Family Games provided. **Driveway is long enough for RV's, Trailers, Boats, Toy Haulers, etc.** Why reserve this home???... -High-quality toilet paper! ;D -Clean, upgraded, & crazy comfortable beds w/ blackout drapes -Proximity to Grand Canyon, Bearizona, Deer Farm, etc. -Kids have 'tons of room' to run around -So many family games inside & outside, and playground nearby -Peaceful Old Western Experience -So much more...
We are a silly family who enjoys meeting great people from different places. We love sports, singing, art, and adventure. In business, we go to great lengths to benefit others' lives, so that all of us can thrive together. We've learned many lessons in life, and hope to empower others by sharing our experiences in natural healing & personal growth (Tony Robbins). We chose this Home-Away-From-Home in Williams, AZ because it's close to the Grand Canyon, great location near downtown, huge lot size for our kids to play, and the real history of this old ranch. Such a fun town!: so much history, nature attractions, good food, and family events. Our huge renovation took a while, but now it's clean and comfy for others to enjoy too. Easy to find, we are on the corner! Just look for the double gate entrance to the ranch. o Not on a high-traffic street. o Walking distance or a very short drive to Historic Downtown Williams. o Easy access to I-40. Low traffic noise. Lots of walking options and many parking spots for Historic Downtown Williams, and so many other businesses & conveniences very close by. **Onsite RV parking**
