I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well.

This well-appointed villa features a beautiful, stocked kitchen, new flooring, walk-in shower and separate bedroom with a desk perfect for getting a little work done. Enjoy ocean-view dining on the balcony or at the kitchen island. There are beach chairs and 2 bikes for your use.

Neighbourhood information

Our complex is 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide 2 bikes for your use.
