This second-floor corner unit is tastefully decorated and has a large wrap-around sundeck, breathtaking views, and access to a variety of community amenities. Located close to fishing marinas, restaurants, galleries, and shops and featuring three comfy bedrooms, two full baths, a nicely equipped kitchen, a private washer and dryer, and Satellite HDTV with DVR, Shores Fine Again is sure to make your vacation memorable. This home includes central AC, cable TV with HBO, high-speed WiFi for your devices, and solid surface counters in the kitchen. The Durant Station Condominiums offer spectacular ocean views from every property. All condos have private oceanfront decks, as well as sound side decks for viewing colorful sunsets. Elevator service to all levels makes Durant Station a most convenient choice for all ages - no need to haul luggage and groceries up long flights of stairs. Guests are just a few short steps to the ocean via a private wooden walkway. The Hatteras area offers some of the best fishing and sunbathing on the East Coast. At Durant Station, you'll enjoy a host of amenities including one of Hatteras Island's largest private pools with an adjacent hot tub. The Durant Station Community Center is crowned by the original historic Durant Lifesaving Station tower, a rich piece of Hatteras Island's past. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
