Comfy beds, fully-stocked kitchenette, Smart ROKU TVs, Strong Wi-Fi with Laundry room just outside your door. Restaurants, Bars, Seafood, Night Clubs, Big Olaf, Morton's Market, Bike rentals, Live Music & so much more -- it's all here. No car needed. Remember bring your bathing suit and let the fun begin! Other things to note Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. - Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a non-refundable fee per pet*. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee. *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. -Parking: There is only one TIGHT space for parking.
