This unique loft offers amazing views, updated décor, and a prime location. Walking distance to Magnolia Silos and many other attractions. An open living space with adequate seating, a queen sized sofa/sleeper for additional guests, large screen TV, and dining for 4. A kitchen with full sized appliances, quartz countertops, and cook wear. A full bath with a tub/shower combo, large vanity, and plenty of counter space. In unit laundry. A large bedroom with a king sized bed and tv.
My husband and I love Texas and have found Waco to be the perfect place. It is close enough to the bigger cities if you wan to take a day trip but big enough to stay right in town as well. We wanted a place to escape the cold in the winter. Since finding this gem in the city, we wanted to share our place with others to enjoy the city as well.
This loft is located in the heart of downtown Waco. It is within walking distance to many of Waco's attractions and within a short drive to the rest. You can walk to the Magnolia Silos in 6 minutes. You are within walking distance of many local hops, coffee shops, and restaurants. If you want to park the car for the weekend you can certainly do that and not run out of places to go. If you are in town for Baylor, you can walk to the campus, it is 6 city blocks away, however you will be crossing a very busy road, so driving might be a safer option.
