Find ease, convenience, and every modern comfort at this three-story townhouse in downtown McCall, beautifully situated within walking distance of shops, restaurants, annual events, and the scenic shores of Payette Lake. This home is part of a complex that sits just about a block off North 3rd Street, which is lined with cafes, restaurants, breweries, and shops. You'll be less than half a mile south of Legacy Park on the lakeshore, one mile south of the McCall Golf Club, and a mile and a half from Ponderosa State Park. Come wintertime, the slopes of Brundage Mountain are less than 10 miles north. After a day of watersports out on the lake, come home to relax and breathe in the fresh mountain air on the spacious balcony. Just inside, an open living area awaits, where you can get started on dinner using stainless steel appliances and a large prep island, snuggle up on the sofas in the warmth of the gas fireplace, and play board games around the circular table as a favorite movie streams in the background. The multi-level layout of this home provides a wonderful sense of privacy, with both bedrooms upstairs on the top level. Each has its own smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are on hand as well. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials. There is an EV charger on site for guest use.
