ID is required at check-in. This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse-style condo is a great place to call home during your family vacation! The main floor features one bedroom with log furnishings, including 1-queen sized bed and 1-twin sized bunk, plus a 1/2-bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony offering territorial views. The second floor features a loft master bedroom with 1-king-sized bed, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. This monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 5-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!) NO Pets / NO Smoking / NO Wi-Fi OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES: **This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
