Not only will you enjoy panoramic ocean views from your cliff-top location—you’re walking distance to evening entertainment at the Performing Arts Center and stellar Nye Beach shopping and dining. The spacious living room has plenty of seating on modern leather couches, lovely decor, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV/DVD. A sliding glass door gives you fantastic views and access to a large covered balcony that includes a dining table and chairs for al fresco meals or a glass of wine at sunset. The dining room indoors seats six and it’s easy to prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped, upscale kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a gas range.
