We, locals, call the Hammack Beach Barrier Island "Paradise." Beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condo located in the Hammock Beach Resorts. We are facing the Ocean and overlooking the eighth tee of the Jack Nicolas Ocean Course. One artwork abounds in the large living area, with 2 Master Suites, a 3rd bedroom that sleeps 4, and A gourmet kitchen. Large dining room and Kitchen nook. Walkways provide beach access, heated outdoor swimming pools, and a Kids' pool. With clubhouse, seasonal cafe reserve Paradise! SouthernVilla 221 is located in Cinnamon Beach homes and condos, which you enter at the Beautiful gated Ocean Hammock Beach resorts, which is adjacent to and part of the Hammock Beach Resorts properties. To further ensure the privacy of the Cinnamon Beach homes and condos, a second security gate gives our guests peaceful and quiet surroundings. Your transportation, Uber and Lift, can take you to the many restaurants and gift shops along route A1A. The local Publics Grocery store is only a mile away, and they will deliver. If you journey north, you are 15 minutes away from Marine Land, where you can swim with the dolphins, and 30 minutes from St. Augustine, the oldest city in the USA
We enjoy the wind on our faces and feeling the breeze. We have owned a condo at Hammock Beach since 2011. We have lived aboard our own Power Catermaran for several years. We chose Hammock Beach, for its beautiful Golf Courses, Ocean Beach, and Great Marina. This is our private home and we visit often when we are not staying in Paradise, we enjoy sharing our home with like-minded folks
Quiet, and peaceful for the perfect family vacation. Many things to do at the resort. There is Publics Super Market only a mile away, and many great restaurants and island shops near buy. About 7 miles away north If you want to swim with the dolphins go to Marineland Dolphin Adventure, continue North on A1A about 20 miles to Saint Agustine, the oldest city in the USA with history, shops, and restaurants.
