Perfectly perched near Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach, and the town's locally owned eateries and boutiques - your days here will come effortlessly. When you aren't hanging out on the sea breeze balcony, head for the community's turquoise pool, best followed by a barbecued meal. Inside, you'll immediately be in awe of the condo's sunny open layout and nautical-themed mementos. One of the comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom are to the right when you first walk in. The fully equipped kitchen is sure to make the chef of your group smile with its stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and lovely breakfast bar. The adjacent living room offers the perfect space to kick back and catch up on all of the day's memories. A large smart TV is available here for all of your streaming needs. The primary en suite bedroom is available off the living room and boasts its own TV. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning tie together the condo's marvelous amenities. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
