Property information

This is a beautiful Guest house located in the back of a Main House (front entry) and the garage converted into a loft studio. All of them completely private. The only sharing space is the driveway of the property to park. However, each house has assigned a parking spot. Yes, you’ll have the entire home to yourself. Beautiful fireplace to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day.

Enjoy your stay in a quiet, safe, residential and peaceful neighborhood. Our Property sits in one of the City of the South Bay Area. The weather is the best things, 10 grades under Los Angeles during the sunny days. 1. Beautiful Rowley Memorial Park (5 min walking) 2. Top 10 Best Roadium Open Air Market with specially events all Wednesdays7am-3pm. You can fin everything that you are looking at the cheap prices and second-hand goods. (5 min) . 3. Beaches as Dockweiler Beach famous for the Bonfires and view of planes. (15 min) 4. LAX (15 minutes driving). 5. SPACE X (5 min) 6. Manhattan, Redondo & Hermosa Beach (20 min). You are also a short Uber/Lyft ride to most major LA area attractions too!"
