Spacious 3-bedroom with comfortable loft located in a quiet neighborhood with a large kitchen. Conveniently located near Costco, the Oakway Center, Gateway Mall and within 10 minutes to Downtown Eugene and the U of O. The home has an outdoor space with sectional seating and propane fire pit with a patio heater for the evening. Three parking space are available with central air conditioning and heating.
