4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms moderm home with a pool, a game room, two 64 inches smart TV. Brand new beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Spacious backyard with a nice clean pool and patio that has a dining area. It is a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes away from the Hard Rock Stadium. 15 minutes drive to Hollywood beach and board walk. 5 minute walk away from multiple shopping centers.
Quiet neighborhood. 4 free parking spaces on-premises. Guest can get around on an uber, lift, taxi, 5 minutes walk from the bus stop.
