The home is located on a quiet one-way street, giving you both the privacy for a comfortable stay and the central location to all that Downtown Rochester has to offer. This home is set up perfectly for traveling professionals, families, groups of friends, or others just looking to spend time in The Flower City. The Space: - 3 Bedrooms: King Bed, Queen Bed, and Full/Twin Bunk Bed Set-Up - 2 Desks with Comfortable Office Chairs: This home is equipped with one workspace in the living room and another in the bedroom for those looking to work from home - Kitchen: New stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, coffee - Backyard Patio area with 4 Adirondack chairs - Garage: 1 parking spot (additional parking in driveway and on street) - Living Room: 50” Roku Smart TV, 6 Piece Sleeper Sofa that’s arrangeable - multiple ottomans, Desk with Office Chair - Dining Room with Chairs - Master Bedroom: 32” Roku Smart TV, Desk with Office Chair - Blackout curtains for each bedroom - Shampoo, Body Wash, and Conditioner provided Further Details: - Parking is narrow, but the space can fit up to 3 cars in a row (1 in garage, 2 in the driveway). - Property is located on a one-way street, it's also a bit narrow to navigate.
