    “Beautiful place to relax with no worries , even when it rains! I loved sitting on the porch listening to Mother Nature as I drank my morning coffee. ATV trail was close enough for us to drive to! Plenty of sleeping space , on opposite sides...”

Bring the family and cozy up to Lake Pawtuckaway. Open layout to easily entertain, equipped with a massive porch for gatherings. Equipped with a grill and bon fire area for smores! Completely surrounded by nature making every season beautiful, private and peaceful! Master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet. Bonus room with TV on third floor that can double as a bedroom and private balcony. Across the street from private beach recently redone on Lake Pawtuckaway to enjoy some lounging and bring the kayaks! Hiking trails within walking distance.
The home has 2 units, the owners are in the bottom unit. Two separate entrances for each unit. The unit for guests is equipped with its own grill, porch, kitchen, fire pit, etc. Unit recently updated with new appliances, fresh paint and new décor. The yard is the only shared space with owners, but is intended for guest use first and foremost. Owners are laid back individuals and respect guest privacy to enjoy their vacation.
Pawtuckaway Lake is part of a state park, lots of hiking and outdoor activities. Located next to a small town, but filled with great food and bars. The neighbors are very friendly!
