This stylish home is perfect for group trips. This 1430 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath accommodates 8. The large kitchen/coffee station area is a great hang-out space. There are separate living room and dining room areas as well as a large backyard including a tree swing, volleyball net, grills, patio furniture and fire pit. Includes washer/dryer and newer appliances. Located 5 mins from airport as well as a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, discount shopping stores, drug stores and Walmart.
Hi, I'm Tracy. I'm 38, originally from Wisconsin, and have been making Pensacola my home for the past ten years, particularly downtown. I discovered AirBnB in 2015 and started renting the rooms in my house. I really enjoyed meeting all the different people, as well, my favorite part- being hospitable, making people feel welcome and comfortable. 8 years later, I now also help others manage their properties, and I still rent the rooms in my house just like I did when I started. I truly enjoy hosting, and I hope it shows through the quality of your stay, because I care about the integrity of the experience, and I hope my experience reflects that too.
This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Bay Bluffs Park is 5 minute away and offers a short walk to an Escambia Bay beach. 10 minutes to downtown Pensacola. Approximately 20 minutes to Pensacola Beach and Fort Pickens National Seashore. 30 minutes to Blackwater River.
