Welcome to your new home away from home in one of Cape Cod's most charming villages! Located at 36 Rt 6A, this house is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. It's located in the heart of Sandwich, within walking distance of shops. Supermarkets, ice cream shops, and restaurants are just a short walk away. With 5 bedrooms, well-distributed across two floors, and 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs, a living room with a sofa and electric fireplace, and a full kitchen with all the utensils to prepare breakfast and lunch. We provide basic seasonings and some coffee capsules for your first day in the house. Launder your beach clothes in the basement, equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. In the backyard, you'll find a charming garden space, a patio with a firepit and 6 chairs, a barbecue grill, and a table for 6 with chairs under the shade of the trees. In the front yard, you'll have free, private parking for up to 8 cars. The house has been carefully designed to offer a relaxing and cozy experience. Every detail has been designed for your comfort.
