Escape to your own private oasis in this NEWLY built Spanish-style bungalow, nestled in the heart of Magnolia Park, one of Burbank's most charming and walkable neighborhoods. Designed with comfort and style in mind, this 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat blends timeless architecture with curated custom finishes. Surrounded by lush landscaping and tranquil garden pathways, the property feels worlds away - yet you're just minutes from the studios, Magnolia Park and Toluca Lake shopping and restaurants, and NoHo Arts District.
Montana born and bred but LA raised! Grateful to call two of the most unique places in our country my home(s) for the past 50 years! I am a lover of traveling, architecture and design, music, old Hollywood, cowboy bars, and live for new cultures and experiences.
The neighborhood was originally established in the early 1920s for the film crews that worked at the studios (i.e. Warner Bros. and Disney). Small, humble, little homes that housed set designers, lighting techs, costume designers and their families (and still do to this day). As the entertainment industry grew, so did the little neighborhood yet, 100 years later, it still manages to keep the quaint, small town, feel. There are charming little mom & pop restaurants and stores that line the streets, yet the hustle and bustle of Hollywood is only minutes away. You would never guess that you're smack dab in the middle of the 2nd largest city in The United States!
