Amazing Tampa Bay waterfront house on huge 1+ acre lot. Beautiful Cypress wood exterior with a total of 6 bedrooms/5 bathrooms that feature 3 master bedrooms w/private bathrooms & walk-in showers. Will sleep 14 people. Fully equipped fitness room, pool table, laundry room, and fully furnished kitchen. Two 67 ft lanais facing the river, 3 porch swings, outside kitchen & a 2 story 175 ft long dock w/sundeck, & fish cleaning station. Enjoy swimming, kayaking & fishing right off the dock. WE ALSO OFFER A 2023 PONTOON THAT RIDES 16 PEOPLE WITH ITS OWN CAPTAIN WHICH CAN BE RENTED DAILY. SEND A MESSAGE FOR MORE DETAILS. Year-round carnival within walking distance and several good restaurants in the area. 15 minutes from Busch Gardens and a short 20 minute drive on I-75 to downtown Tampa.
