Gorgeous new residence in the heart of the Telluride Town. This historic home has been transformed from the former Telephone Exchange from 1903 into a Warm Modern retreat. First-class and elegant finishes like hand-cut tiles, reclaimed oak floors, plastered walls, natural stone, and layered. The 2nd story deck offers expansive views and outdoor dining (hot tub ready). Four bedrooms with ensuite baths. Enjoy s this world-class ski town and only 3.5 blocks to the Gondola. Unique in its kind. A four bedroom luxury vacation home, with a unique in location: one block for main street Telluride (Colorado Ave) and three blocks for the Gondola. It has an entertainment room, Sonos in all areas of the house, Peloton Bike, Hot Tub and all state of the art amenities.
We are located in the heart of Telluride Town. Telluride, a former Victorian mining town in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, is set in a box canyon amid forested peaks at the base of a popular ski-and-golf resort. The town’s historic district houses landmarks like the Sheridan Opera House, a performing-arts venue originally built in 1913, and the Telluride Historical Museum, which showcases local history in a converted hospital built in 1896.
