Property information

With ocean views from every room, the Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful Colonial-style beach cottage built in 1832. Located directly across from Lincolnville Beach with a rocking chair front porch overlooking Penobscot Bay. Our eight guest rooms all offer comfortable beds and private bathrooms, some with whirlpool tubs. In the morning, you will be served a 3-course gourmet-style breakfast with homemade pastries and fresh baked bread. Restaurants, shops along the beach, and the ferry out to Islesboro are all within walking distance. Convenient to Camden, Rockland and Belfast, without all the crowds. Come back "home" in the evening after a day of exploring and relax on the porch, at the fire pit, or in one of the cozy living rooms. Fresh baked cookies are served in the afternoon. There is so much to see and do or just relax and take in the beauty around us. Come enjoy the hospitality of the Spouter Inn and all that Mid-Coast Maine has to offer.
