The spacious living room is beautifully, yet comfortably furnished and ready for reading, relaxing or entertaining. There is a large TV with cable for endless entertainment. The kitchen has been recently renovated to this century yet maintains the history of this grand home. Find top-level appliances and all necessary amenities. The large, separate dining room with a dining table is perfect for sharing meals and conversation (extra chairs can be found on the lower level). Or dine alfresco at the patio set in the courtyard, where a gas grill provides added convenience. There is room for everyone to sleep comfortably and privately with four inviting bedrooms. THINGS TO KNOW This home is not appropriate for events due to parking and neighborhood restrictions.
