The fine print
Guests are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided upon booking, as well provide us with a copy of your government-issued ID, and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These are required within 3 days of making your reservation, or, if your stay is within 24 hours, within one hour of making your reservation, or your reservation will be canceled and/or you will not be allowed access to the rental property. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of $400 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
