Property information

Brand new, clean, modern, and cozy private studio apartment with a modern finish. Located at the HOT area, a short walk to the Broad Street Line, and only a 15-minute walk from Center City. This private studio apartment is beautifully designed with condo-style finishes, with recess lighting, acrylic cabinet, high-end GE stainless appliances, and a ton of natural lighting from the massive windows throughout this fully detached building. The private studio features a private full bathroom, a full kitchen, a 50'' smart TV (no cable), free Wifi, A/C and heating system, and free in-unit guest laundry. Great location and easy transportation. We offer contact-free online check-in to limit in-person interaction.

Situated just a mile and half north of Center City, Fairmount-Art Museum expertly balances historic gems with modern luxuries. The Fairmount Water Works is a National Historic Landmark and one of the earliest examples of Greek Revival Architecture in the United States.
