Location, Location, Location! NE Portland is one of the most coveted areas of this beautiful city and my apartment is right in the heart of it all. Within blocks you can be at the Historic N Mississippi Ave, N Williams Ave, NE Alberta St (Alberta Arts District), and MLK! Restaurants and bars aplenty. Some notable include Por Que No, Tasty n Sons, Ned Ludd, Ecliptic Brewing, Life of Pie, Box Social, and so many more are all within walking distance of my apartment.

Neighbourhood information

This apartment is located smack dab in the center of NE Portland. Within blocks you can be at any of the sought after shopping districts in the city such as the Alberta Arts District, Mississippi Ave, MLK, and Williams Ave. Hip and Trendy restaurants, bars, cafes, and food carts are all within steps of this apartment boasting a Walk Score of 92! There are bus stops within a couple of blocks of this apartment, but what you'll find is that most places are well within walking distance. Outside of that, it is a short and inexpensive uber/lyft ride to get to any part of town. An added bonus is that the Moda Center, Lloyd Center Mall, and Convention Center are ~5 min drive or ride away!
