Newly renovated-new appliances, flooring, mattresses & more. Cool wet bar enclave off main living space w/ Lg screen TV & 4.1 surround sound sys. WiFi. Security sys. Separate controlled speakers in master. 7’ cedar fenced private yard w/ gazebo. Gas Grill. We have Ring cameras at entrances -No Smoking in the house. Outside ok.-No pets-No parties ...please, & Thx!

Neighbourhood information

Quiet residential neighborhood, yet one block off Main Street. Thus, there will be some local traffic during morning and late day rush hours A couple short blocks walking distance to the beginning of the Stockyards..... and a nice community pool and park is a block up the street in the other direction 7-8 minute walk to the beginning of the stockyards. Plenty of parking. Two car garage, two car driveway and unused alley parking available
