Showcasing scenic woodlands and a small creek, this sprawling property offers a peaceful and much needed escape from the everyday. Rest and recharge while enjoying your natural surroundings from the covered, wraparound porch and launch kayaks from the private boat slip to cruise the lake or hit a lakeside restaurant. Enjoy backyard barbecues with your own private grill. The spacious, three-bedroom interior comes well-appointed for comfort with a cozy living area and a separate den with sofa, armchair, and smart TV for casual family lounging. (The fireplace is not operational.) The full kitchen comes equipped for home cooking with plenty of counter space, cookware, and major appliances and the sunny dining area can accommodate up to eight for sit-down meals. While still a work-in-progress, the basement sets the stage for at-home entertainment with foosball, darts, and a card table. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
