Enjoy your stay in our stylish basement studio located in central El Paso! You will have a separate entrance to this unit and will be staying in the heart of El Paso!
Studio is very spacious with a private master bathroom, two queen size beds, living area, breakfast table and Kitchenette (refrigerator and Microwave). Our studio is perfect for a quick business trip or family vacation! Take a ride on the historic El Paso tram (walking distance). UTEP, Medical Center and Downtown are just a 5 min drive. Located close to restaurants, nightlife and clubs. Take in the breathtaking views of El Paso on Scenic Dr. just a short drive away.
Smart TV has access to Youtube TV. Other applications are available with guest log in. Access to refrigerator and microwave.
Couch has a pull-out section that can be used for a bed. Please message us for extra sheets, pillows and blankets if needed.
Iron and ironing board are located in the laundry area. Please return to the same area after using.
If you would like to bring a pet please let us know.
Our basement studio is equipped with refrigerated air! Laundry room is located upstairs to the left.
Unique 1920's neighborhood! Upon entering through its own entrance, studio is located downstairs. Open concept yet cozy space! Perfect for unwinding or entertaining guests.
There are two rental units upstairs as well.
