Welcome to the completely updated Studio Suite on the Lake! Enjoy this cozy 250 square foot studio apartment with a community pool, hot tub, basketball court and tennis court! The suite is located just 4 minutes from the downtown Chandler scene, close to the 202 freeway and surrounded by dining and entertainment. The extensive remodel that was completed in 2022 was designed to make you feel at home. Take advantage of the 1GB WiFi, flat screen TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu and ESP

Neighbourhood information

This neighborhood is peaceful, safe and close to the fun parts of downtown Chandler Coming from Sky Harbor Airport, take the 10 freeway south to the 202 freeway east. Take the McQueen exit 46 and head north on McQueen Rd. Turn east (right) on Frye Rd, then north on lakeview boulevard. Take the first right on Cindy Street and we're the 4th house on the left. Please park on the right side of the driveway, leaving the left side of the driveway open for the tenants living in the main house.
