Well-established, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. **Please note: This home is in a family-friendly and quiet community. We have a close relationship with neighbors, and as such, quiet hours between 10pm - 8am must be observed in the outside amenities (Basketball Courts/Soccer or any Other Outside Grounds) and at the pool area. (5K fine per city ordinance).
